Dear Sir/Madam, In our village there is a Wakf institution of dargah, masjid and graveyard and also it is registered with the Wakf Board. And there is a seperate service inam land for the purpose of maintanence/services/etc to this wakf institution. We were claimed for succession for both institution and inam under Hyderabad Atiyat inquiries Act 1952! But The Deputy Collector (Atiyat) grants succession for inam land but rejected to grant the succession for wakf institution for not having an inam. After that we have filed an appeal & now it is pending in Atiyat collector's court. But Some lawyers say that you should have to withdraw your appeal against the order of rejection, because the wakf institution is not an Inam. So should we have to withdraw the appeal? Or do we really need it? So kindly please help/explain me.
