My two younger brothers are taking the property. We have 3 house of our parents, out of which one is in my late father name, another my late mother name and another my father's father's name, now my two younger brothers are taking the house and its rents since 2 years. The two houses are on rent and the fathers fathers house we 3 family live me, my younger brother and one late elder brother son and wife. Now my younger brother wife creates disturbance to leave the house and I have also heard from others that they may take any illegal method or even injure me. My younger brother is the nominee of my dead mother. So he has all the bank balance of my dead mother. I am handicapped neither do I have money to lend a house nor I have bought any property my daughter is mentally tortured by my younger brother wife during her study

A.Hi,
You all have a valid claim to the land as legal heirs. I'd suggest negotiation or mediation to attempt to divide the property without litigation. If that is unsuccessful, you can file a suit for partition.

A.Hi,
I'd advise you to engage in a negotiation session before engaging in litigation, as you are all legal heirs and as such, have a right to your parents' property. Alternatively, you can file a partition suit and have a Court divide the property for you.
