I have an bachlor uncle (no other brother or sister is alive now), retired from CESC LTD who stayed with us since beginning upto 31st July'2020. He used to visit everyday to his son in law (i.e. husband of his deceased sisters daughter), who by profession is a retail medicine shop owner. By taking advantage of his affection the son in law advised him to deposit all his remaining money he gets on his retirement & assured him to give 12% P.A. interest & gave him some fake Ashrams fixed deposit certificate which has got no existence at all. When entire things are brought to our knowledge we filed a complaint to police authority. When these are happening the son in law insisted my uncle to stay with him just to suppress his crime & assuming pressure from us & ultimately my uncle started to live with him w.e.f 1st Aug'2020 at his own will. Before happening all these wrongful things on every Bank's FD & all other papers my name has been assigned as his legal nominee. Now what I should do to recover the fraud amount & how ? Please advise.

A.Dear clients
If your uncle still alive then he himself have to claim all the things, even you are nominee you can’t claim till the time he live, if he execute any GPA or gift deed in your favor then you have every right to claim, complaint etc
