Hospital settlement dispute

We didn't pay to hospital because they spoiled the treatment of my mother with their negligence and we didn't file the case because we are still greiving and now they have sent the notice for commercial dispute

You will have to file your reply to the notice and state your counterclaims i.e. the hospital's negligence which led to you refusing to pay the amount due.
