I have locked the main entrance gate because there is no proper response.
I am landlord (widow lady) rented a house to tenant not giving rent properly now due is in 10 lakhs they are delaying in rent and they are cheating us today i gone to ask about tenant came to beat me and threatening me as i am widow lady i am much depression .so what are the section to file case and before that i need to give police complaint for my safety .i need speed recovery in court according to new tenancy act 2019and can you say approx charges. please provide your mail id and number to contact.

A.Hi,
You can Immediately lodge a police complaint, insist on getting FIR registered and set criminal proceedings in motion.

A.Hi,
You can file a case with Rent Authority under that Act. You can also file police complaint against tenant.
