Ancestor Land Ancestor Land

My Grandfather was 2 brothers. Both of them are now expired. and we had some ancestor land in Bihar. While I am searching the documents found that my Grandfather's name is nowhere in these land papers only my Elder grandfather's name is there. Unfortunately, My Father is also expired. Now we want to get my Grandmother's name gets registered so that we can become equally right over the Land. And as usual, my elder Grand father's sons became reluctant on this matter. Please advise is there any way so that my Grandmother can claim over those lands?
