My mother had purchased the irrigation land by there Father-in law (when he is alive) my grand father had 3 sons, first person is no more, 2nd is my father he is also no more and 3rd son is alive. So all of them are signed while purchasing that land.
Now land is in my mothers name and
My father and mother having four childrens my father is no more we are taking care of my mother. Now my mother needs to make a Will and wants to give only girl childs since their boy childs are not taking care of her.
My question is if she wants to sell that land her boy children signatures are also must?
