Me and my neighbour has a common compound wall on the backside which falls under NMC area . its height is around 6 feets . Now my neighbour wants to increase the height to 8 feets . BUt we don't want him to increase the height because of lighting issue . What are my legal rights to stop him

As per your inputs you and your neighbors have dispute with regards to compound wall, then settle the issue amicably else you have chances to file a petition in court to grant stay against him frm erecting compound more that 6feet
