Sir I have given 1.3cr amount to Dr Kiran in 2016 before denomination for his business purpose.i was keep asking and he given cheque of closed account which was closed in 2015.again in September 2020 I went his house with my cousin and he misbehaved wit me infront of his colleagues and he abused my caste and abused me in foul language.and he went station and given false complaint against me and police people harrased me to come station if not they arrest me ...I went on november 3 rd and explained with proof to inspector and he understood and filed atrocity case.and acp investigated him on november 7 and he agreed tht he has taken money and he repay on or before December 3 rd 2020 and in station he given cheques of 78 lakhs and remaining with Naveen to collect he given in statement.police asked Naveen after 4 memo from Acp he came station and he told he give only 15 lakhs and police staff harrased me for that to accept.and he told to bring 20 lakh cheque and he he give me money and I given cheques and til now either inspector or staff no one is responding for my problem from December 24 th..I given my request to DCP central 4 times but if no use.i badly need money and please help me.that Kiran cheques also bounced .
