hello sir
good morning my grand father is a freedom fighter and he was dead in 2017 . govt give a property to my grand father in 1986 this is lease for a petrol pump . but now my grand father was create a will for me so how can i transfer this property .what is rules

A.Freedom fighter is provided lease property for a particular purpose & use, cannot freely transfer in favour of third party.

A.If the lease is for 99 years and transferable, you may not have to do much. However, if it is not so, you would have to take steps. The terms of lease deed alone can shed any light on your rights.
