Not satisfied with RRB answer against RTI

Sir, i applied for ALP in RRB GKP against Advt No. CEN 01/2018. I cleared CBT-1 & CBT-2 then qualified for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) but according to RRB i disqualified in CBAT by 0.2 Marks.
RRB provided the response sheet of CBT-1 & CBT-2 after the exam but there was so many errors in the answers of response sheet. So our result of CBT-1 & CBT-2 modified twice according to the updated response sheets.
The errors in response sheets of CBT-1 & CBT-2 creates a possibility of errors in response sheet of CBAT also. But they did not provide the response sheet of CBAT. So i filed RTI on 01/02/2021 for asking my response sheet of CBAT, but they replied me on 21/02/2021 that-
‘THE RECRUITMENT IS UNDER PROCESS SO WE COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY DETAILS. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWER YOU CAN CONTACT TO THE DIRECTOR & APPELLATE AUTHORITY WITHIN 30 DAYS’
Sir after final cut off the selected candidates completed medical test & now they are in training period & getting some amount ( Approx. INR 25000 ) during training period.
Please help sir.

If an applicant is not satisfied with the reply or the reply is incorrect or if the application is rejected, the Act provides a provision for filing an appeal. Each authority will have a senior official desiugnated as the first appellate authority and the first appeal can be filed before him. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
