Me & My wife are not living together since September 2019. We have 2 Son & both the son she took with her after having small arguments & she is not coming back to my house & living with her Mother & father. Also she is refusing to give one Son to me. She is in govt job and her parents are instigating her not to go back to my house. Need your advice

A.You can get your son from your wife. You will have to apply for child custody to get one son.

File a petition under the G&W Act and seek the custody of children. It needs to be filed where the children are ordinarily residing.

A.Try mediation through elders or court in order to reconcile the matter. You shall be required to file petition claiming custody of children.
