Ancestral property

Dear sir
My grand father has a ancestral agricultural
property which he has revived from his father and after my grand father died ,his 3 sons has divided the property and the 2nd son has sold his share to his brothers in 2009
Now I being the son of 2nd son has any right to file a case in court to cancel the registration
Please guide
