My Landlord not paid electricity bill

My landord not paid electricity bills for the past few months and i paid my electricity bills to landlord on time along with rent but now electricity board member cut the wire of main meter. And when i talk with landlord no convincing fact given by him. And my landlord along with his family gone out of house. I. Am. Facing this for the past 2 days. Should i go to police. What can i do now ??

A.Hi,
You will have to request a new connection in your name. The cost from doing so can be reimbursed by your landlord once he returns.
