Hi sir.... my grandfather bought a land... On that land my father built an house long back.... my father had 2 brothers... They r trying 2 demolish the house.... is it possible to demolish that property without my father knowledge.... if we trying to divide that property... on what basis(section) we can divide.... who can have priority ... my grandfather's sons r grandchildren.... kindly give your input
