Query on father property

Hello Sir/Madam,
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am 30 yrs old married.
My father has 3 daughters and he owns a independent house and a plot in bangalore also he work for Central Govt
From the day i have born i was staying with my father aunti house till my marriage.My marrige was against my parents.
All the properties are joint registartion(Father and mother).
Do i have a possiblitlties of filing the case for this propery.Do i have any change of getting my parents propert ?

A.Hi,
If your parents have not removed you from their will during their lifetime, you may claim the share in the property. If they have alienated you, you cannot claim your share in any way. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
