Hi this is vicky reddy(farmer) and my son name srikanth reddy (government teacher) I have taken two open flats in 2016 after that i sold that property in the year 2018. With that money i have taken 300 sq ft open flat then i register to my son for loan purpose to construction buliding(2 floors) in that area the constrution amount (1 crore), loan as take 1/4 only from the bank for that load . building also register on my son beause of the loan but now my son is not giving back the building to me . His there any change to drop a case on my son . please advise forthere action to take.

A.Hi,
File a complaint for cheating and fraud against him under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. You can file a civil money recovery suit against him to reclaim your investment.

A.Hi,
Yes, you can file a complaint for fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. You can file a civil money recovery suit to get back your money.
