Social security benefits for divorce Social security benefits for divorce

Hi , I am vinoth padmanabhan married before 1.5 years ago, I am willing to apply mutual consent divorce. Because of frustrated behaviorance of in-laws, below mentioned are the major reasons.

Trying to separate my parents from me, by telling to separate from them and by constantly reporting that my parents will cheat me by having/spending my money. Complaining about my mother for small issues unnecessarily. Expecting my whole salary need to given to them.
Father in-law having my wife and my new born baby up to 7 months after child born and not giving any information their return to my home.
Unnecessarily enquiring about my father’s medical treatment expenditures , whether we spent money for treatment or for any other purposes.
Father-in-law unnecessarily enquiring about my property(house) holder name.
Father-in-law giving disrespect to me and my parents, by saying to get out of their house.

In-laws needs are to take control of me, financial and decisions.

I need to know, if i apply for divorce, what are the social security spousal benefits to be given to my in-laws.

A.You shall have to give permanent alimony to your wife, which shall be full and final amount. Nothing beyond that shall be payable and a clause in this regard is required to be mentioned in the divorce petition. Custody of the child has also to be mentioned.
