A.Hi,
No, this would be unlawful. You can file a complaint with the state Bar Council for misconduct.
Advocates charge a fixed fee for consultation before the case can be won or lost.

A.Advocate does not work on commission. Nobody can give you guarantee for winning of case. Very unreasonable condition. Disgusting.
