A.Hi,
File a suit to partition the property. You are the lawful owner of your share of the property, your brother cannot abrogate this.
You should also file a complaint to the police against your brother's extortion and criminal intimidation under Sections 383, 503 and 506 IPC.

A.Hi,
File a complaint against your brother for extortion and criminal intimidation under Sections 383, 503 and 506 IPC. As your mother's legal heir, you have a right to claim your share. File a suit for partition and have the Court divide the property.
