regarding plot booked in Ministry of communications employee housing society MCECHS BANGALORE

hi,
I have booked a plot 60*40 with MCECHS society in 2004 . They have still not given plot ,, though they have taken money . Society people aresaying land not available giving option to take refund back or take small sites of 30*40.My money is stuck with them & since land prices have shoot up in bangalore, they are not willing to allot plot,,. Request urgently to help me guide what can be done in this regard

You can approach the consumer Court or, alternatively, file a civil suit for money recovery to reclaim your losses.
In addition, file a complaint against them for fraud and cheating.

A.Hi,
File a complaint against them for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. You can then file a civil money recovery suit to reclaim your investment.

A.Dear Client,
You may have option to file a suit at Consumer Forum, for no payment of deposit money and neither providing plot committed.
File with interest and mental agony and harassment. You may file fraud-420 , Conspiracy-120B , 467, 468, 34 of IPC A Complaint case at CJM or as per jurisdiction assigned .
