My grand mother died she have land on her name . There children are planing to partition for the we need FMC from MRO but they are not giving, my grand father did two marriages 1st one with my grandmother ,in his govt pension he put her name . Son we went court for pension because my grand mother son is physically handicapped. At that time dependent send letter to Mro to not give FMC we got judgement that she also legal heirs for money which is in bank , we are asking FMC for my grand mother but they saying you can use court judgement copie as legal heir we are not going to give you they are saying we will face problem if I give . We are not asking my grandfather legal heirs .we are asking my grand mother legal heir for land partition what will we do ???

A.Hi,
You will have to file a suit for partition in civil Court. As legal heirs, you have aright to claim equal shares of the property.

A.Hi,
File a suit for partition of the property. You have a right to claim a share of the property as legal heirs.
