Can i set non-openable glass in my wall if i have not left land beside my house

Sir/Maam,
I have not left land margin beside my house for window opening purpose. But i want to fix a non-openable (non-transparent) glass in the wall. Do i have the right to do that.

A.Hi,
Yes, you can put a glass frame in the wall. Law does not restrict it.
