I have a plot/shop on which i have my registered business firm & i'm paying taxes & business taxes..
If someone occupies[kabja] that property -->
Question1.
How much maximum time period the court can take to declare decision in these types of court cases?
Question2.[important]
They, opposition lawyer & his/her client, what can they say in court to keep the case pending for longer time in court ?
Question3.
Can We ask for 'Muavja' from opposition
Muavja= lawyer charges +additional charges + Rent of [from the time when he/she occupied(kabja) the property to the time when court declared the decision]?
Can we ask for 100% 'Muavja'?
Question4.
Can we ask for the 'Muavja' at the time of filing the above mentioned first case against the person who occupied the property?

How long the case takes will depend on the facts. You can file an eviction petition against them and in the same suit, file for an injunction or a stay order against any actions taken by the opposing party.
