A Residential Property or 4 Floor Building have 4 Owners, Require to Sell. Buyer insisting to transfer 4 Joint Owners Khata into One Owner Person, Before Sale Agreement. Is there any risk to other Joint Owners.
A.Hi,
It is advised to you all to sell your property either individually or as joint owners.
Don't sell the property to one and wait for him to sell it to the third party to claim your amount.
If you like my answer, please give a good review.

A.Hi,
There's no problem in that. If you all are the joint owners of the property, you all can together sell this property to a single buyer and divide the money into four equals. Or you can sell your property to anyone among other three people, take the amount and then he can further sell it to whoever he wishes to.
