Land under 144 section

We have open lands of 707sq.yards, which is purchased in 1994 and when we want to sale those we came to know that the plots in that layout are in dispute, and other party filed 144 section saying that those plots in that perticular layout belongs to them and no one can sale it.

You will have to file a suit for declaration of title after providing necessary proof of ownership.
