1.Can i ask for rent as 'Muavja' ?
If shop was my own, not rented,
2.Can i ask for rent ? [From the time he/she occupied to the time court decision in favour of me]
3. How much % chances are there that i'll get rent as muavja [how much %] ?
4. Are you 100% sure about this ?
Please give seperate answers..

A.1. You cannot ask rent from unauthorized occupant but you can dance damages.
2. No. You can ask for damages.
3. Damages shall be on the basis of market rate.

A.If decision of Court is in your favour than just ask them to vacate the plot and leave. Also if you want than you can claim for damages/compensation in the form of rent from the person who occupied your land illegally but you will have to bring them to negotiate ground or otherwise you will have to move file civil case against them for seeking compansation for the inconvenience caused but it may take some time to resolve in the Court of law and lead to additional expenses on your end.
