Forcing Tenant to Vacate Forcing Tenant to Vacate

My Late father owned a house. He had two sons and a daughter. After his demise, the younger son is occupying the frontal portion to take care of his ailing mother who happens to be suffering from Alzheimer. The back portion of the property is fully Let out and has three portions (mutually decided long ago ). Now the Younger Son who is residing in front portion is Threatening the Tenant of the portion allocated to Elder son ( who happens to reside in some other city ) that either the Tenant should vacate the premise or from next month directly pay rent to him ( younger son ) and not the Elder son on the plea that he is the caretaker of the entire property and not the Elder son. The Property is in the name of 3 ( Two Sons and Daughter ) through Naamantran.
In this scenario what should the Elder Son do to protect his interest ?
