If the electricity is theft ..... then who will bear the cost ...the consumer or the service provider..
In short brief the Adani electricity have charged the bill of Rs 4500/- for one month which is 7 times more then the monthly average cost of electricity supply , which is charged for the locked flat.

It is advised to you to get the detailed analysis of the bills from the company and the units used.
Further you can approach the consumer court to prove that the flat has been locked and no one is staying there and such amount in the bill is unreasonable.

A.Give your representation to company and seek rectification of bill. If your complaint is not handled then approach consumer court and also electricity court which are situated in every district court. In given circumstances consumer is not liable to pay.
