When I was young (student) my big brother plane something I don't know about it.But as soon I come on my 30s I find out that 25% of father property he has somehow manage to registered on his name .
I have no idea how to deal with it many lawyer's and other people says that now this is impossible to recover that 25% propert.
I just want to know from all of the knowledgeable people that is this possible to recover this or not.

A.before i consult you,please give me answer of the following
1-your father is alive or not
2-what is your mother status.
3-is there any paper proof for property shareing
give me answer of the above question.but i am sure you may take legal action and chalenge it in the court.

A.Hi,
The punishment for 420 IPC has been given as 7 years which is more than provided for other offences. Therefore, it could be said that 420 is graver than the others.

A.Hi,
You have equal rights as your brother on your father's property according to Hindu succession act. Therefore, you can approach the court for the same.

A.Hi,
You being a son, have equal right of coparcenary on your father's property. You can go to the family court and claim it.
