We had bought SRA flat from brother visa unregistered sale agreement. Below is the scenarios.
Mr A. Wad alloted with a sTA flat..He died after 6 year of allotment of flat.
Mr B. He is a brother of Mr. A and he has power of attorney.
Mr B sold house to Mr C via unregistered Sale agreement with in 7th year I.e., within 10 years after the death of Mr. B.

What are the options for Mr C to get this SRA flat registerd and transferred on own name legally. Need guidenace.

A.Please provide the following documents & it Registered & transfered in Mr. C ....NAME
1) ration Card of Mr. A , Allotment letter of Mr. A & his Death Certificate (NOC from his family members)
2) Ration card of Mr. B & Power of Attorney (NOC from his family members)
3) Sale agreement from Mr. B to Mr. C
4) Front & Back Xerox of Share certificates & Society registration certificate
5) BMC Assessment receipt for latest 3 months &Property card
6) Residence Electricity & Society maintenance PAID bill

Depending on the availability of the above documents we can transfer the property.

A.According to the restriction imposed on the beneficiary of the flat under SRA scheme, hence cannot purchase or sell the flat for 10 years from the date of receiving possession letter.
so, Mr C cannot get the flat registered and transferred to own name legally.
