Sir/madam if I got a petty case for driving without licenece. If I can't go to court due to busy life if I approached a lawyer it is necessary for my signature for my lawyer or not ?? ? Please help me

A. Your advocate is your representative in the court and you have to sign documents to be submitted in court on your behalf that includes vakalatnama and other relevant papers the Advocate is speaks on your behalf in the court and provides documents as required by the court this offence is a punishable offence. you can be fined or imprisoned as the court thinks necessary.

A. If it is petty case your lawyer can plead guilty and pay fine. Your presence not necessary
