Gift deed registration

Hi I have received a property registered by my name from my grandfather who is son of my great grandfather brother. He is not having any children so he has registered all his property by name as gift deal. There are some of his sister's children who are eyeing this property can they challenge this registration.
This property is my grandfather who gave me gift it is his own property.
The property registration is also done.
A.Get stay order from civil court.

A.They can challenge. But they will succeed only if either the property was ancestral or if the signature was obtained by illegal means or if he was in some way incapable of executing a valid gift (like being insane).

A.if the property is self acquired by your grandfather in that case he can gift that property to whosoever he wants and nobody can challenge that. But, in case of ancestral property he can only gift his share.
