A.Please apply for a duplicate copy of deed from the registrar office. Find an advocate locally and he will help you to get the duplicate certified copy.

1) Location of the property that is the subject matter of the sale deed;
2) Whether your sale deed was duly registered or not?;
3) How it was misplaced?
4) What other proofs you have to corroborate your sale/purchase as the case may be;
5) Whether you are a member of a society/ owner of a private land/property?
6) Copies of all your utility bills;
7) Copy of Share Certificate, if you are a member of a society;
Provide me the aforementioned details to guide you effectively.
