Last year my Grandmother was expired. She is having 2 daughter and only son. Before her death, she mentioned that property transfer to the name of her two Grandchild. That mentioned in Death certificate. I also have original copy. But last month my father and auntie Register this property with there own name. What should I do. That old death certificate ( like old Gift deed certificate ) make any sense. Please suggest something...

A.dear client you need to file a case in court. court will decide , the original death certificate gets importance. so file case into court.
