My Uncle i.e my fathers brother is very reluctant to give us the land or show us them.Its happening since years.Every land paper is with his possession.We want to sell our land.I request you to give your valuable advice.

A.First you can go for searching and obtain certified copy of the record of rights over the suit land. Once that is done you can file a partition suit in respect of the self same land. Once you get your land you can sell them.
Although there is no constrain on your part to sell the undivided share of your father's part in such land provided the buyer is willing to buy the same.
