No refund from Byju's

I purchased an 2 year online course for IIT-JEE preparation from Byju's but after using it for 5 months I am unsatisfied with thier teaching methodology and now I want refund of my fees and want to get myself enrolled in another platform but they are denying for refund by saying that it is agains there 15 day refund policy myn₹70000 are looted by byju's please help me

A.file a complain in consumer court in your district and also claim for compensation

A.but why you took 5 months to realize it ?
issue a legal notice by lawyer first and then can go for consumer court.
you can definitely get refund but dont expect full 70000.
