This is ST cast case maharashtra adivasi
My aunt (late younger uncle's wife) wants to purchase my grandfather land. She convinced grandfather and made notary. She get permission from CO office .
1st notary she make about the purchase. Because of lack of documentation CO office ask her some documentation i don't know which. My father and elder uncle don't know about this when they had news both wrote latter to CO office that my father and elder uncle have objection for this purchase.
After that manadal adhikari call grandfather and elder uncle and that aunt for panchanama.
During this process we got some information.
That my grandfather makes 2nd notary which he mentions that my ""father and my elder doesn't taking care of"" also he mentions that my is taking care of him and grandmother.
But the reality is my father gives money to my grandfather anytime whenever he ask for or needed also did his eye surgery and grandmothers eye surgery but keeps proof taking car of parents. My father had heart bypass in 2019 before that he give 3000 per month by check fortunately we have only that proof.
And my elder uncle also did take care of him because he live in same village but in different houses.
Can anyone help me out with this .
Grandfather doesn't want gives us anything in written he is educated 89age.
We only have proof of check entries in my father's account.
MAIN POINT THIS LAND HAS ADIVASHI KHATEDAR 36 AND 36A PLUS . GRANDFATHER PURCHASE BY HIS OWN NOT A GENERATION LAND.

A.Hi,
A person can deal in any manner with his self acquired property. Since the land is self acquired property of your grandfather, he can choose not to give you any share in the land by enacting a will or notary.

A.Hi,
Since the land is the self acquired property of your grandfather, he is free to deal with the property in any manner he wants. Since, he is alive he can choose not to give any share in his self acquired property to you. You cannot compel him to grant you a share if he doesn't want to.
