A.you dont have any documents means there is no WILL of grandfather.
grandfather daughters are legal heirs and can claim their share even after getting huge dowry and gold in their marriage.

A.Dear Sir,
Division of property is done through personal laws. But if any will is made by the person then partition is done according to the will. The daughter will also get the share in the property. You will get the share of your father.

A.Dear Sir,
The property will be divided equally according to Hindu Succession Act. Daughters will also get their rights in the property if your personal law allows it. If any will is being signed by your grand father then the division will be according to the will. You will get the property of your father after partition.
