A.what police can do in this because there is no crime.
you should try to get evidence and then can file for divorce.
you have to file child custody case to get visiting rights and maybe she will give child also to you.

A.if the police is not taking the complaint then you have two remedies. first write to the SP or commisionerate as the case may be or even before the magistrate. you can take the assistance of a lawyer to do so. you can get visiting right for your child from the court by filing a case of restitution of conjugal right.

A.Hi,
Depending on the circumstances you have mentioned it is clear that you can get a divorce on the grounds of adultery. You, however, will have to gather evidence to prove it. Also, for meeting with your child you can file a separate suit for custody and get visitation rights as interim relief.

A.Hi,
You can file for divorce on the grounds of adultery. You will have to furnish evidence in support of your contention. Also, since the wife refuses to talk to you, you can claim desertion as well. You can also file for custody of your child or for visitation rights too.
