Buying a Resale flat
Hello Sir,
I'm buying a flat of 2820 duplex in manikonda main road.
as the sale deed states there is a permission for G+3 residential from local Manikonda grampanchayat.
But the building is 5 floors and underground for parking.
Now nationalised banks are not giving me the loans and only private financing companies are giving with little high interest rates.
Is it good to buy? Will it be any problem in resale in future ?

A.If there is no approval for 5 floors then the construction is illegal and it can have any possible fate like, 1. it can be regularised by paying penalty, 2. it can be demolished by the municipality/panchayat. So it is advisable to you that before you buy this property find out what the local authorities have to say about it. Will they regularise the illegal construction? Secondly, If someone has to pay the penalty then who is going to pay that? Let the builder give you concrete answers before you put your money.
