I HAVE BOOKED ONE 3BHK FLAT AT BEHALA ON 14/11/2019 WITH MORE OR LESS 50% ADV.THOUGH DEL TIME IN MAY AS PER AGREEMENT BUT TILL DATE BUILDER NOT ALLOCATE MY PORTION IN APPROVED DRG AND CONFIRM THE DATE OF COMPLETION WHICH HAS JUST START. I NEED OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OR RETURN OF MY BOOKING MONEY ALONG WITH APPROPRIATE INTEREST.

You will have to approach the consumer forum making the builder party as the builder has done deficiency and negligence in providing the service. You can claim refund Along with interest as compensation from the builder.

A.Hi,
You should file a complain against the builder in the appropriate consumer forum for deficiency in service by the builder. You can claim refund along with interest late and compensation from the builder.
