Restaurant in Residential property
Dear Sir,
I have started one restaurant (Chinese - No Alcohol) in a Residential property in KOLKATA. The first floor of the house I have taken on rent from the owner and they have given no objection certificate for Restaurant business.
Now the next door neighbor sharing a COMMON WALL with the Restaurant has objected about the business and has threatened to issue an Injunction order to stop all operation. He is claiming that the plan of the entire house was sanctioned in a same plan. (The restaurant Address 23 Russa Road, His address 23/1 Russa Road), hence if he objects, restaurant cant not be run in that premise, because that's violating his privacy and above all commercial restaurant can not be run in residential property.
My Question is,
1. Can I run commercial restaurant (No alcohol, No disc, No Live music) in residential property with trade License issues by Kolkata Corporation
2. Can anyone object in my operation, IF HE SHARES A COMMON WALL with the restaurant
3. Can anyone object in my operation, IF THE BUILDING PLAN IS COMMON, but address is different (23 Russa Road vs 23/1 Russa Road)
4. Can anyone object for any other reason in my operation (I have separate entry)
Kindly revert.
