Lost over 35 lakh on online rummy

Can I file a case against the online rummy website, for using algorithms that never let me win and though I'm losing money, letting me to add more money. Baited me, I'm a victim with social, personal life in complete disarray. lost over 40lakhs. Can I file a complaint against and get my life back?

A.Hi,
You can file a case for cheating if online Rummy is banned in your state. However, since you chose to be a part of the game at your free will, you do not have wide legal remedies at your disposal.

Online Rummy is illegal in some states in India namely Kerala, Telangana, Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. If you are from these States then you can file a case for cheating otherwise since you took part on free will then your options are limited.

You can never prove the algorithm were not allowing to win.
