A.Admittedly you were not in existence when property were alienated by your father to his children from first marriage so the question of claiming share after more than 25 years does not arise which otherwise is time barred. You otherwise does not have any right to claim share of the property which were already disposed prior to your birth.

A.Hi,
You have no legal recourse to seek a share of the property if your father and mother knowingly sold it. Furthermore, even if you did, the time limit for filing an objection has passed, so you are no longer able to do so.

A.Hi,
Your father and mother transferred the property willingly then you have no legal recourse to claim a share in the property. Additionally, even if you did, the limitation period for objection has expired so you cannot do any such thing now.
