My friend she got married through arya samaj in 2012 and after one year no relation with him till now, now i want to marry her so please let me know the process how to proceed.

A.She need to get divorce from her first husband. It is better to go for mutual divorce if her husband is ready for that. But if her husband is not ready than sue has to file divorce on her on behalf

A.She needs a judicial separation and for that purpose she has to file a divorce case in the family court and as soon as Precision takes place you can go for marriage

A.If she really wants divorce, she should first speak to her husband and ask him whether he is agreeable for filing divorce petition by mutual consent. If he is totally missing or if he is not agreeable to that, she can file a petition under section 13 before the relevant court. She has to conduct the case like any other case.

No, you can marry her only after her petition is allowed and she gets the copy of the divorce decree.

A.They should file divorce petition for divorce by mutual consent to get divorce by a decree of Court.

But that person not agree for mutual consent and she want divorce.
second thing i am also planing to marriage to her through register marriage, bcz of they family not agree to me.

Your marrying through registration is different. First, your friend should get a decree of divorce as per law. For that purpose, a petition has to be filed in appropriate court of law. Take legal assistance of local Advocate.
