My mother sign on some documents of grandpa farm at the age of 14(in 1980). On that Base's my uncle migrate/cut my mother name on 7/12 .as per law she was minor. So can I file the case against him for my mother rights?after 37 year can court will accept my apology? My mother is not present now.but when she was alive she demand for her property right's. Please suggest me ? Thank u
