I am 30 year old boy i left my home from last 3 months my parents lodge the FIR of missing, i left home because so some high debt on me and i cant go back to home and also not want to go back, i contacted with my parents also how can we finish this missing FIR without my presence

A.Hello,
Your parents can informed the police Station by giving there statement and if possible you also present your affidavit before them, So that inquiry office can file the cancellation report.

Your parents can withdraw FIR by informing to the police that they found you and you are in contact with them.

Your parents can go to the police and state that they have found you and are in contact with you, hence they want to take their FIR back.

A.You can ask your parents to go to police station and to take back the FIR as they have been able to find you back.
