Khatha transfer after death of appellant
The appellant expired and the court gave verdict to change khatha in name of appellant himself after one year of his death. In this case appellant was not aware that somebody had filed case in his name for getting his ancestory's property solely in appellants name. Even family relatives were not aware. So our doubt is whether lawyer cheated the court as everything was fraudulently done.

A.If the Appellant or his family is not aware that there was a case (appeal) here then there is high possibility of cheating as without the signatures/consent of the appellant the appeal cannot be filed in the court.
