I had also invested in 20 Teak trees of STM in 1995 in the names of my daughters. Along with it I was entitled to 222.22 sq mt of land. I received the certificate and no communications after that. Have been trying to track them. Pls help
A.Please pay a visit to the place and find out what has happened actually then initiate a legal action as needed. Or else send them a legal notice to find out what is what.

As this is complicated matter advice could be given after seeing all the documents. But if your documents are proper then you send legal notice to claim your reward to the company. Also arbitration could be used for reaching an amicably decision.

This is very complicated matter as it depends on the document you have but you can send legal notice to claim your reward. You can also opt for arbitral method for fast solution to your issue.
